Shipping and Delivery
What is the status of my order?
Your order status will be available within 1-2 days after your order has been received. You will receive an email notification with the status of your order and the expected delivery date at that time. You may contact us at email@example.com if you have any questions.
How long before I receive my order?
Typical delivery times are as follows:
Regular Shipping: 10-14 days
Express Shipping: 5-7 days
If your shoes are not available at the time of the order or are on a backorder status, you will receive an email notification.
How much are shipping charges for shoes?
Regular UPS Ground: We offer FREE SHIPPING from now until December 31st for all orders of $100.00 or more via regular UPS Ground Shipments ($7.50 for orders under $100.00).
Express Shipping: We will charge your account $10.00 for the first pair of shoes and $3.50 for each additional pair. For accessories and product care, your account will be charged an additional $5.00.
Can I expedite my shipping?
If you need your shipment urgently, please contact us at 818-426-2459 or 949-376-0563 or email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to satisfy your request. There will be an additional charge for express shipping.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Shoecellar.com is committed to providing you with excellent service and outstanding merchandise. We are happy to accept returns or exchanges up to 60 days from the date of purchase if you are not 100% satisfied. Please email us, and we will provide you with a pre-paid UPS shipping label to return your purchase. Merchandise returned for a refund or exchange must be in its original condition, new and unworn and in the original packaging.
Returns: Once we receive your return(s) we will refund the original purchase price for each item returned using your original payment method. Please allow 3-5 days after we receive your return for your credit to be issued.
Exchanges: We will send you email confirmation and an availability date status for your exchange upon receipt of your return. We will do our best to expedite all exchanges.

We are happy to accept returns and exchanges up to 60 days from the date of purchase.
Simply send a return request to email@example.com. Please provide us with your order number and the reason for the return. If we need any further information, we will contact you. If you would prefer to have the return/exchange authorization form and return shipping label mailed to you, please state so. You may also call us at 818-426-2459 or 949-376-0563.
You will receive a Return/Exchange Authorization Form and UPS Return Shipping Label via email.
•Print and fill out the Return/Exchange Authorization Form and enclose it with your package.
•Print the Return Shipping Label and tape it to your return package.
•Drop the package off at your nearest UPS center.
All merchandise must be returned in the following condition:
•New and unworn
•In original packaging—tissue, plastic, cardboard, boxes included
•Boxed safely in an appropriate shipping container
•Accompanied by a copy of the receipt and with the following information:

Returned merchandise may not be processed immediately if it doesn’t meet the above requirements.
